SO the RS badge is back on the boot of a Focus.

With all-wheel drive, the five-door body style, plus the fact that it’s going to be sold worldwide, be in doubt this is a very different car from the last three-door version that finished back in 2009.

So we asked a Ford Spokesman why SME small fleet buyers should consider the Focus RS as their next choice.

“Previous Focus RS models have been all about the performance.

“With the 2.3-litre Ecoboost engine that powers the new car, you’ll have the best of both worlds.

“We’re estimating 320bhp, but the Co2 figures will be far better than the last Focus RS.

“Think similar to the recently announced figures for the Mustang GT and you won’t be far wrong.”
