CITROEN Contract Motoring (CCM) has won the Best Manufacturer Small Fleet Leasing Programme category in the 2015 Small Fleet Leasing Awards.
It makes it two Citroen Contract Motoring wins as it is the second year running that the French manufacturer with CCM available at every dealer has won the award and it hasn’t been resting on its laurels with value-added products and services applauded by the judges.
For 2016, Citroen Contract Motoring will be reaping the rewards from a new relationship with an agency that has worked hard on marketing for both retention of clients and generation of new business and increased the level of interaction and communication with the customer.
As a result, there is now ongoing dialogue throughout a lease deal, instead of leaving contact with the customer to just prior to the end of their contract.
Citroen Contract Motoring is now also sending out service reminders, increasing levels of customer engagement. Renewal vouchers are also being offered, with savings of up to £500 to reduce monthly repayments, regardless of whether it is a new vehicle, or on a contract plan.
The renewal email also offers other price options including those for competitor vehicles, to illustrate the value for money customers can get when choosing a Citroen.
The past 12 months has also seen the addition of service contracts as options for customers, complementing the existing maintenance offers.
These include Citroen’s Gold Standard service, which includes full maintenance of the vehicle, with an option for unlimited tyres, which is often a very cost-effective addition to the deal.
The company’s Finance Lease option has been expanded, and there is now increased funding for special bodied vehicles, as well as the addition of the comprehensive Citroen Teletrac Smartnav/Trackstar telematics package on all models. There is also the option of a free of charge fuelcard, which many fleets are keen to take advantage of.
Citroen Contract Motoring, available from every UK Citroen dealer, has recently entered a joint venture with Santander, which is operating as a pilot scheme in the UK. This agreement increases the funding available to CCM at very competitive rates and increases the competitiveness of its products.
