Automotive research specialist APD Global Research has launched a new consultancy division to support its Voice360, Talkback360 customer experience programmes and bespoke market research capabilities in the UK, Europe, Middle East and America.

APD provides connected intelligence to companies worldwide from detailed insight reports through to a full business change management programme to cover finance, operations, marketing and supply chain.

The 10-strong team is headed up by Mark Gibson, previously Alphabet GB’s head of marketing, and aims to help companies embrace their research results and insights in a more strategic way.

This includes driving extra value from their customer service delivery by involving their own colleagues and supply chain partners.

APD’s programmes are already operational in 52 countries and 26 different languages, and extend to APD Australia where the consultancy division has been managing high profile clients in the Asia Pacific region since 2008 from its Melbourne base.

Paul Turner, chairman of APD Global said: “The consultancy team enables us to expand our coverage and take our client support to the next level in delivering change management programmes that come out of our core market research proposition.

“The team are looking forward to engaging with a wide range of companies involved within the automotive and aviation sectors,” he added.
