ANDREA Rix has been appointed Head of Service Delivery at the Equipment and Logistics Solutions (ELS) division of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions.

In her new role, Andrea is tasked with driving operational excellence in key delivery areas such as new business, credit, asset management and customer service.

Andrea, who first joined BNP Paribas Leasing Solution in 2001, was most recently Head of Business Transformation where she was responsible for the company’s mid-term strategic plan ‘Transformation 2020’.

Other roles include Simple & Efficient Programme Leader and Head of ELS Vendor Operations.

As part of her new role, Andrea joins the UK business leadership team joining Mark Richards, Head of Sales, who has also been newly appointed to the role.

Departing the business is Jon Cooper, Head of ELS Vendor Sales, who will be entering his retirement early 2019, having served BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions for over seven years. During his time, Jon helped to establish the ELS division as a market leader in key asset finance markets such as farm, construction, commercial vehicles and materials handling, as well as instigating expansion in to adjacent markets such as food manufacturing and trailers.
