Here’s the S60 – in effect the saloon version of the V60. Expect similar costs to the estate

Following our theme of economical Volvo, the S60 Saloon you want for business is, as above, the D2 Business Edition.

It’s powered by the exact same engine as the two cars above but in the S60 it generates 103g/km of CO2 – better than the V60, but not quite enough to qualify for free road tax. Still, at £20 per year, it’s not exactly expensive.

This car will return a fantastic 72.4 miles per gallon on a combined cycle, and Business Edition S/S trim gets you satellite navigation and cruise control as standard.

Benefit in kind for this car is £3721. For 20% tax payers this works out at £744 in company car tax and for 40% tax payers it’s £1488.
