VENSON Automotive Solutions has made three new appointments to its management team.

Miles Cooke and Will Wastell join as account managers within the Client Management Division;  John Mason joins as contract and procurement manager, reporting to the finance director.

Venson says that the three new appointments will help maintain the leasing company’s success as a leading independent leasing and fleet management specialist.

Prior to joining Venson, Miles Cooke was fleet manager for Infiniti , developing international Renault/Nissan Alliance key customers and managing European tenders. Miles successfully signed major new business deals, including first-time orders with organisations, such as Danone Nutricia and Ricoh.

Will Wastell worked previously at mobility specialists Alphabet, part of the BMW Group, where he was a sales executive responsible for key corporate accounts.

Will and Miles will have responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients and, with their teams, will continue to deliver a Customer First approach, identifying new ways to innovate service delivery.

Joining Miles and Will is John Mason, who was previously catalogue/category manager for Camden & Islington NHS Trust, where he successfully negotiated supplier price lists to reduce unnecessary spend. John achieved 20% savings across the Trust by implementing a new commercial model, as well as implementing supply chain delivery improvements.

Venson expects John’s expertise to be instrumental in helping the company secure robust supply contracts that deliver against the company’s operational and financial objectives.

Samantha Roff, managing director for Venson Automotive Solutions, said of the three new appointments:

“The combined industry expertise and talent of these three new appointments gives us the opportunity to build on our already strong market position.  This is a very exciting time, as we look to grow the team for the benefit of our clients and supplier relationships.”
