DID you know that you could have a Vauxhall Insignia as a saloon if you wanted?

Although not officially on the list, Vauxhall looks after its fleet customers.

And those large corporates who prefer saloons to hatchbacks – because of the out-of-sight safety aspect of the four-door format – are looked after by Vauxhall with bespoke runs of the saloon model.

It’s typical of the Vauxhall fleet department’s attitude to business customers.

And while you’ll have to be a big customer of Vauxhall’s to get that sort of treatment, as an SME the dealer delivered programme is designed to look after your small fleet needs in very much the same way.

But a saloon Insignia would not be my personal choice.

I prefer the practicality of the hatchback. And its ability to take loads.
