C’MON – we’ve all thought about it, and some of you have done it. But which of the Porsches would you pick if your small business was really successful?
Have a think.
But if you’re still pondering, here are some suggestions from America where Porsche has been named top in a J D Power survey for only … well… only the 13th time. Clearly, Americans like their Porsches, too.
Not only did Porsche feature top in the 22nd Automotive Performance Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study, it won three of the classes.
More than 69,000 new car owners took part in the survey, assessing 243 models from 33 manufacturers in 10 categories.
So here are the key winners – to focus your mind on which Porsche you’d go for (in your dreams, or hopefully in reality).
For the third time in a row, the Porsche Macan took the top spot in the “Compact Premium SUV” segment in the APEAL vehicle rankings. Read our Porsche Macan review’ click here

The Porsche 911 accumulated the most points in its class and was distinguished with the “Highest Ranked Appeal” award in the “Midsize Premium Sporty Car” category.

A bit more about the APEAL study
The APEAL study determines how attractive the vehicles are to the US market. Each year, new car owners whose vehicles are registered between November and February are surveyed 90 days after the delivery of their vehicle. In total, 77 characteristics are examined across ten categories. As well as driving dynamics and design, aspects such as day-to-day usability and comfort are considered.
