The law and speed limiters on vans

3 January 2007

From 01 January 2007 all vans over 3500kg with Euro III engines must now have speed limiters fitted.

As well as passenger vehicles with more than eight seats.

The changes particularly affect goods vehicles between 3.5 tonn
