TUSKER pride themselves as being at the forefront of the industry with leading technological developments, and so are thrilled the state-of-the-art new Tusker website for customers is being well received.

Months of development have taken place to improve the website and other technologies within the business. Tusker’s specialists wanted to ensure they delivered a host of new features and improved usability to the driver-focused site which now shows thousands of available cars, in just seconds.

Clive Baker, CTO at Tusker, says: “Tusker is committed to providing the very best service to our customers. With a fully-online business, the customer website, also known as our ‘driver journey’, is one of the key communication points for our customers, and so a huge focus for us to bring completely up-to-date.”

Using the latest developments in web technology, the new Tusker website provides a wealth of information for customers about Tusker and the advantages of the Car Benefit Scheme, as well as the latest imagery to assist with building cars to their unique specifications.

Committed to putting the customer at the heart of everything, Tusker have developed the website to be effortless. Lifestyle filters make finding the perfect car a doddle, and easy-to-use price filters ensure that the cars selected are budget-friendly. It’s also fully mobile-compatible, so drivers can build their new car as easily on a mobile as they can on a computer.

The website is now live with many of Tuskers customers, with the remaining organisations scheduled to switch over by the end of the year.

Paul Gilshan, COO at Tusker, said: “It’s a really exciting period for Tusker. We’re growing at a considerable pace and so our requirements for technology are changing all the time. The new driver journey will help us future-proof our operations and ensure customers continue to receive the very best service, from state-of-the-art systems.”
