TWO years in, Peugeot has tweaked the specs of its 508 saloons and SW estates in order to boost their appeal, especially in their core company car market.
The big news is the adoption of standard sat nav on all 508s except for the entry-level Access model, although the base car does get sixteen-inch alloys and Bluetooth as part of the update.

Next up, the previous Active models are renamed Active Navigation to reflect the main spec change. As well as sat nav, they get larger eighteen-inch alloys, a “GT-style” grille, rear parking sensors, folding door mirrors and access to the Peugeot Connect SOS and Assistance service.
The plusher Allure models (including the HYbrid4 saloon) get Xenon directional headlamps with washers, LED daytime running lights and front parking sensors, while the top GT variant, available only with the 2.2-litre HDi 200 engine also gets front parking sensors and nineteen-inch alloys.
The previous SR trim level has been dropped, while the hybrid 508 RXH continues unchanged.
The business car friendly improvements bring an across-the-board price increase of £200 for all 508s, except in the case of the GT, which goes up by £400.
