Silverstone launches new Platinum Membership programme.

New programme provides fast access to a wide range of services, from roadside assistance and recovery to tyre replacement, service and maintenance booking. All from one point of contact.

A new Platinum Membership programme called Silverstone Driverline is being made available to new and existing customers from today.

Designed to keep their customers moving, Silverstone Driverline provides fast access to a wide range of essential services, from roadside assistance and recovery to tyre replacement, service and maintenance booking. All from one point of contact. One call does it all.

Scott Norville, Managing Director, said: “We have been working on this for over six months. The membership will provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction with only one number for our customers to call.

“Once called, a member of our team will arrange service bookings, tyre changes and roadside assistance if required. We are taking out all the stress that fleet managers go through on a daily basis from their drivers, and the service will be rolled out to private individuals as well.”

Silverstone has been heavily recruiting and training team members for the launch of Driverline.
