The Saab 9-5
Saab company car drivers can get a comprehensive Winter Check for £19.99

Story: DAVID WILKINS

SAAB company car drivers feeling abandoned after the closure of the Swedish outfit’s factory last year will be pleased to hear that Saab Parts UK, the successor organisation to Saab UK, is offering a Winter Check and Top Up offer for a fixed price of just £19.99.

The Winter Check, offered via Saab’s 87 Authorised Service Centres, covers 25 points, and fluid levels and tyre pressures will be topped up where necessary. Saab Parts UK is encouraging drivers to sign up for the Saab Service Club, and has attracted 20,000 members so far. Members of the Club who call in for the Winter Check will also get a free Winter Aftercare kit, containing car shampoo, screen wash, de-icer and a window scraper.

David Leighton, Saab Parts UK’s Business Development Manager, said: “Following the success of the Saab Service Club to date, we wanted to ensure our owners and company car managers are prepared before Winter arrives and equip them with a free Winter care pack as a thank you for their loyalty.”

“The good news is this is not a blink and you’ll miss it offer as the Saab Service Centre network will continue to offer the Winter Check and top up through until 31 March 2012”.
