PENDRAGON Vehicle Management (PVM) continues its history of promoting from within with the appointment of Ben Redmore as operations leader.

He is joined in the Pendragon management team by Chris Palmer, who joins the company as marketing leader.

Ben joined Pendragon in January 2009, working in the pricing team. He then became head of pricing in 2013, taking on responsibility for running the pricing system, ensuring the accuracy of all quotes and orders and liaising with data providers and motor manufacturers.

Ben’s new role involves, managing the aftersales supply chain and fleet services function, vehicle logistics / remarketing while championing PVM’s drive toward reducing vehicle downtime and improving efficiency for its clients.

Neal Francis, Pendragon Vehicle Management’s divisional managing director, said: “Pendragon are proud to develop internal talent to ensure we have continuity and a succession plan in place as we grow our business.

Ben Redmore said: “After nine years with the business, I look forward to further developing our fleet services offering in 2017 and improving the quality of our support systems for existing clients and new customers.”

Chris Palmer will use his eight years’ experience in the digital marketing arena to drive expansion and awareness of PVM’s fleet funding and management services, helping to introduce the business to potential new clients and build the brand.
