An online car broker, Drivethedeal.com, is offering substantial discounts on new model cars.

For small businesses who want to buy their vehicles, this is an opportunity to save money.

Even some of the prestige manufacturers are available with discounts of more than £2000. A BMW 520d with a £2741 saving is promised. As is nearly £2000 of a Lexus IS 220d SE.

“In 10 years of selling cars, we can now offer new model discounts quicker than ever. Because car sales in the market generally have been faltering,” explained Richard Sanders, managing director, Drivethedeal.com.

Here are some of the offers:

  • BMW 520d SE. Usually: £26,235. Offer: £23,494. Saving: £2741.
  • VW Passat 2.0 TDI Sport 170bhp 4dr. Usually: £21,010. Offer: £18,866. Saving: £2144.

  • Lexus IS 220d SE 4dr. Usually:
    £25,220. Offer: £23,242. Saving: £1978.

  • Ford Fiesta 1.4 Zetec. Usually:
    £10,490. Offer: £7670. Saving: £2819.
