Power away from higher company car tax bills: new tax-saving Insignia

COMPANY car drivers take a look at this. If you want to slash your company car tax bill, check out Vauxhall’s New Insignia.

The New Vauxhall Insignia has a company car tax band of 14% thanks to updated diesel engines delivering an incredibly low 99g/km.

New Insignia company car tax savings

  • £42 a month tax saving
  • New 99g/km diesels
  • P11D price drops by up to £3500
  • Huge fuel saving thanks to 76.3mpg economy

Allied to some £3000 off the P11D price, and the New Vauxhall Insignia looks unbeatable for company car tax in its class.

In broad terms, new Insignia saves £42 a month in company car tax – equivalent to £1500 over a three year contract hire lease cycle – compared to a current Vauxhall Insignia driver.

“Insignia has to be emotionally appealing, good to drive, but also that it makes a rational choice for company car drivers,” explained Paul Adler, fleet marketing manager, Vauxhall.

“We have done significant research into the rational elements of what drives company car drivers. Fuel economy is massively important; CO2s translate into lower company car tax. We have addressed those with the New Insignia.”

Key to the New Insignia’s class-leading company car tax position are updated diesel engines, the 2.0 ecoFlex units delivering 120PS and 140PS and just 99g/km – the equivalent to a 14% company car tax banding.

Not only does the New Insignia provide substantial savings to existing Insignia drivers, but savings of £1000 compared to Mondeo and Passat company car rivals.
