MULTIFLEET Vehicle Management has appointed Chris Harris as its new national sales manager in response to continued growth and expansion into new sectors of the fleet market.

The new appointment was key as the company increases its focus on business contract hire, as well as continuing to grow its fleet management business (Run Your Fleet).

Multifleet MD Steve Whitmarsh said: “When we met Chris he impressed with his understanding of not just the fleet industry, but our needs and the focus we needed to be able to meet and succeed our ambitions for growth.”

Chris Harris said: “My career spans over 20 years in the motor industry which started at British Car Contracts (Lombard VM). I have been fortunate enough to gain experience in most areas of the industry including leasing, manufacturing, dealer group and most recently daily rental.

“This has allowed me to get a great insight to how the industry works and has led to a real understanding of what services are fit for purpose for end user customers.

“Multifleet Vehicle Management has a real passion and focus to partner with its customers and to offer the products that not just meet their needs but also offer real sound advice. I am focused on service and partnering with customers and I am delighted to be working with the team and offering class leading service to our customers.”
