Car Derived Vans: leading used van price revival

The average price of vans increased in May

The recovery in van prices continues.

Auction house Manheim reports that the average wholesale used van sale price was up 1.8% (£55) in May compared with April.

This is the fifth consecutive monthly increase in average wholesale used van prices. In January is 5.5%; February 1.8%; March 3.6%; April 8.7%.

However, despite the rally in values, Manheim said wholesale used van prices were still down by 5.4% (£177) compare to this time last year.
