LEASEPLAN UK has every reason to be proud of its standing as an employer after notching up a fifth Top Employer accolade from the Top Employers Institute for its exceptional employee offerings.

The annual international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute, recognises leading employers around the world: those that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation, and which strive to continuously optimise employment practices. For the fifth year, LeasePlan UK has been awarded the exclusive Top Employers United Kingdom 2016 Certification.

It is one of around only 70 companies to receive the accolade, together with fellow leasing company Alphabet and other big names in the automotive industry such as Bentley, Goodyear Dunlop, Vauxhall and Volkswagen Group UK.

Crucial to the Top Employers Certification is the completion of a stringent research process, and meeting the required standard in order to achieve certification. To further reinforce the validity of the process, all answers were independently audited, meaning this research has verified LeasePlan UK’s outstanding employee conditions and earned them a coveted spot among a select group of certified companies.

Eleanor Nickerson, director of UK Operations for the Top Employers Institute, said their in-depth examination concluded that LeasePlan UK provides an outstanding employee experience, with high quality initiatives that engage, reward and motivate employees, ensuring that people can develop themselves personally and professionally, and build a rewarding career.”

Steve Moss, LeasePlan HR & customer insight director, commented: “We’re delighted to be certified as one of ‘Britain’s Top Employers’ for the fifth year running.

“We think we’re a pretty distinctive place to work and we use the Top Employers assessment to help us improve each year, so we’re an even better place to work.”
