JOLLY Good Vehicle Leasing has signed up Mike Baeten as leasing manager for the car and commercial vehicle business.

Baeten will be responsible for managing customer accounts and acquiring new business within the Wrexham-based leasing team and  is expected to take a key role in driving business forward.

He will focus on small business accounts and private customers with an emphasis on offering a “jolly personal approach”.

Baeten has more than 20 years’ experience in customer service roles including customer experience leader at Sky and customer service manager at O2. He joins from the Corporate Food Company where he was in a sales role.

Mark Hughes, group managing director at the Jolly Group, said: ‘We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mike to the jolly team. His enthusiasm and drive are sure to be a welcome addition to the leasing department.’

Baeten will be based at the group’s head office in Wrexham along with the leasing team.

He added: ‘Joining the Jolly Group will give me a new challenge and the chance to use my sales and customer service experience. I hope to take Jolly Good Vehicle Leasing to a new level by gaining new business and maintaining our database by ways of effective relationship building. My aim is to create brand awareness of the business and secure clients a great leasing deal”
