MINI Cooper Countryman ALL4
There’s a £199 a month lease deal on the MINI Countryman Business edition which comes complete with essentials like sat nav

MINI Cooper D – how the numbers work out

  • P11D value £16,395
  • Company car tax band 14%
  • Benefit in kind £2295
  • Tax at 20% £459
  • Tax at 40% £918
  • CO2 emissions 92g/km
  • Economy 80.7mpg
  • Contract hire rate £159 (6+36 month profile/30,000 miles)

And for those small fleet managers confused by MINI specification or some of the tech gadgetry on the latest MINI, then MINI dealers have Apple-style ‘MINI geniuses’ on hand who simply know everything MINI.

Further corporate sales support is forthcoming with three additional corporate sales managers for MINI/BMW – taking the total up to 10 – who will be talking directly to small fleets upwards. MINI has also added a new customer contact centre to handle customer queries when the corporate sales managers are unavailable.

The new MINI Cooper D has all the makings of an appealing small fleet company car. With a company car tax band of 14%, and a monthly tax bill of just £38 for a 20% tax payer, that’s a seriously small bill for a large amount of premium driving fun.

For drivers who prefer an auto option, the MINI Cooper D has a slightly higher company car tax banding of 15% and a monthly tax bill of £44.
