HYUNDAI  has won the Best SME After Sales Programme award for 2014 in the Business Car Manager SME Company Car of the Year Awards.

SME_Company_Car_of_the_Year_AwardsThe Korean brand’s new Fleet Aftersales Charter ensures SME corporate customers get the most time-efficient and cost-effective treatment by working on four separate areas: cost of ownership, ease of use, transparency and overall experience.

  • ‘Cost of ownership’ ensures labour rates are capped, along with MoT tests, while consumables like engine oil are provided free of charge.
  • ‘Ease of Use’ guarantees that fleet customers can book a service appointment within one day if they don’t need a courtesy car, or three days if they do.
  • The ‘transparency’ section allows drivers to view a detailed record of any completed vehicle check-up upon request.

A trip to the dealer is made as stress-free as possible, too, with free wi-fi and refreshments. All serviced or repaired cars can be collected and returned to the customer, with a complimentary wash and vaccum thrown in.
