HONDA goes Platinum with the the re-launch of its fleet and corporate operation and a new team ready for the launch of the new Civic next year.

It is embarking on a new corporate strategy with an expanded team and finely tuned line of attack in the new Honda Platinum Business Programme.

This will see the entire Honda retail network elevating operations to include fleet and corporate customers as well as focusing on existing retail customers, essentially delivering a nationwide fleet service with a local understanding.

An announcement of a manager – fleet sales operations, the role responsible for overall management and delivery of the revised strategy, is imminent.

Phase one of the strategy currently being rolled out is the refocus on Honda Contract Hire with its present customer base of leasing companies, corporate operators as well as the wider retail network.

Already this has delivered significant results, with volume growth of 103%, and a 50% growth in the number of retailers working with Honda Contract Hire and a quadrupling of leasing order take. The next phase of the Honda Platinum Business Programme will be announced in due course.
