HENRY Williams is the new national fleet sales manager at Skoda.

Formerly in product and sales force roles at Audi, Henry Williams moved into the new post last week.

Henry replaces Rob English.

“It’s a great time to be arriving at the brand,” said Henry on his appointment.

“The Skoda Rapid and the Skoda Octavia have been launched and at the Geneva Show we launched the Octavia Estate.

“And ahead of us there’s a great range of new product updates, including the Superb. So there will be plenty to keep me busy!

Henry will be in charge of an eight-strong Skoda fleet sales team.

However, there’s no news yet on a replacement for Skoda head of fleet sales following the departure of Martin Burke to head up customer quality control at the Volkswagen Group.

Prices for the new Skoda Octavia Estate start at £16,790 on the road, rising to £24,040 for the top-spec diesel Elegance model.

The Skoda Octavia Estate costs £800 more than the Octavia hatchback.
