ARNOLD  Clark Vehicle Management has won the 2019 FleetEye CSI Award.

The contract hire and fleet management specialists topped the customer service category which recognises services to fleets with more than 250 vehicles.

The ExpertEye awards cover nine fleet and automotive categories in total. ACVM’s FleetEye CSI Award is based on results obtained throughout 2018 from ExpertEye’s customer satisfaction survey. Survey respondents are drawn from a subscriber base of key leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by ExpertEye, who ask an extensive range of questions. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

The FleetEye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers.

David Cooper, Managing Director of Arnold Clark Vehicle Management, said: “I am absolutely delighted and very proud that we have won the 2019 FleetEye CSI Award. Our team work hard all year round and are committed to ensuring our customers always have the best possible experience.”
