Fleet Evolution have announced a series of face-to-face sessions

FLEET EVOLUTION, who specialise in the provision of salary sacrifice car provision, have introduced a series of face to face sessions to help businesses understand the benefits of the scheme.

Face to face sessions and webinar

The free-of-charge face to face sessions will start on 4th November at the Fleet Evolution Head Office in Tamworth; it is also possible to attend a webinar if is more convenient.

Occupational road risks

Session one will talk about occupational road risks, with the aim of dispelling myths and presenting information that businesses and HR Departments need to know, including the savings that can be made as a result of joining a salary sacrifice scheme.

The initial presentation outlines current legislation and aims to help businesses understand how to co-operate alongside the laws in a manner that is low cost and undemanding on the administrative workforce.

Flexible benefits packages and car provisions for employees

The second and final session takes place on November 18th, focusing on flexible benefits packages and car provisions for employees. It will also examine concerns about employee pay and the “bottom line”.

Fleet Evolution Director, Andrew Leech said: “Many businesses are really interested in salary sacrifice schemes. In fact, the number of businesses getting involved is steadily on the rise, but naturally there are some reservations as is always the case when getting involved with the unknown.

“The purpose of these sessions is really for us to connect in person with businesses, clarify the facts, eliminate any prevailing myths and answer questions there and then.

“Such schemes have so many advantages for businesses and these free sessions can help companies make an informed choice.”

Both events finish at noon with refreshments and a buffet are provided.
