IF you want full-on customer service for your car leasing – and who wouldn’t? – then it seems there is only one place to go: Fleet Alliance.

The fleet leasing company has just won the 2018 Experteye award, which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles, for the third time in the last four years.

If you’ve heard of the JD Power awards for car customer service, then the ExpertEye awards are the leasing equivalents.

Fleet Alliance managing director, Martin Brown, said:

“Customer service is at the heart of everything we do and to receive this award again is further testimony to the hard work, efforts and endeavours of our customer-facing staff who are committed to ensuring we deliver outstanding service to customers.”

The Experteye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive categories in total. Fleet Alliance’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2017 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey. This is drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

It’s a fantastic achievement by Fleet Alliance to win this award three times,” said Experteye chairman and founder, Rick Yarrow.

“Rather than being awarded by a judging panel, this accolade is based on independent feedback we receive from customers and there is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves who use the services of contract hire and fleet management providers.

“Having topped this category three times in the last four years proves what incredibly high standards Fleet Alliance is setting and why we are so pleased to recognise their team yet again in the category up to 250 vehicles.”

The Fleeteye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Companies that subscribe enjoy flexible back-end reporting and the ability to tailor the question sets so that they are meaningful.

Fleet Alliance has enjoyed a successful run of awards recently.

In May last year, the company was voted one of the best places to work in the medium-sized category for companies with 50-499 employees in the Great Places to Work awards. It is the fifth time the company has won this award, achieving laureate status as a result.

And last November, Fleet Alliance won three awards – including the top award, Leasing Broker of the Year – at the 2017 Leasing Broker Federation Awards.

Fleet Alliance is the sponsor of the SME Company Car of the Year Awards, which will be announced this week on Wednesday, March 07, 2018.
