Fiesta Red and Black editions 800
We reckon the Red Edition is more tasteful than the Black Edition here - those red highlights won't appeal to all!

Ford, Fiesta, Black, hatchback
Ford Fiesta Black boasts new 138bhp version of the 1.0-litre Ecoboost engine.

HOT little Fords are always desirable.

And this newcomer really does the trick – see our Ford Fiesta Red Edition review: downsizing doesn’t come at the expense of fun.

There’s plenty of visual pizzazz and a thumping great little engine in a sporty looking package but a ride that won’t leave you requiring remedial dental work to replace lost fillings.

But how would the car actually work for a small business or SME small fleet?

If you’re a business owner, it’s a great way to have a fun car on the cheap.

If you want to think about giving it to staff as a company car for key performers, then it also does the job – company car tax from £23 a month and potential fuel economy of 63mpg.

Finally, the 1.0T EcoBoost engine is an absolute gem, and so versatile. We really rate it here at Business Car Manager, from the Focus to the new Transit Courier Van it is so much fun to drive and fairly economical on fuel.

We look forward to trying it in the new Ford Mondeo where the engine is next destined to sit.
