The cheapest (and most expensive) cars to repair

Below is a table of the cheapest and most expensive cars to repair compiled by Warranty Direct, based on reliability and part cost:

The Top 10

The Bottom 10

1. Suzuki

1. Porsche

2. Honda

2. Jeep

3. Mazda

3. Land Rover

4. Skoda

4. Alfa Romeo

5. Toyota

5. Chrysler

6. Hyundai

6. Jaguar

7. Nissan

7. Audi

8. Citroen

8. Saab

9. Ford

9. MG

10. Kia

10. Mercedes-Benz

As you can see it’s the Japanese manufacturers that dominate the top 10, however it is also clear that the luxury brands, such as Porsche and Jaguar, are the most expensive to maintain as well as buy in the first place.

Does this make you reconsider the make and model of vehicle you choose for your fleet? Perhaps you have found that the more expensive cars are also the most reliable, negating the additional cost of the parts? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
