The recently launched SEAT XPERIENCE model – a beefed up 4×4 version of the Leon ST estate model – would be important in bridging the gap before the new SUV arrives, reckoned Peter.
“The new XPERIENCE is an important user chooser company car because it’s a sub 130g/km car – and many fleet policies have a sub 130g/km policy. It will be a ‘halo’ estate car for us in the same way as the Cupra is for the Leon,” Peter added.
The new SEAT SUV will be powered by a range of low emission diesel and petrol engines when it arrives in the UK.
