Network: specialist in the small business and SME sector

NETWORK, the specialist brand of LeasePlan serving small businesses and SME small fleets, has appointed Chris Tubbs as its new brand director.

Chris, who started at parent company LeasePan back in 1996, moves over from his position as head of risk at Network.

At the same time as the appointment of Chris Tubbs, LeasePlan has announced two further appointments as its funded fleet has exceeded 140,000 for the first time in the company’s history.

LeasePlan says its growth can be attributed to its strong performance in the commercial vehicle market and an increase in business for its Automotive Leasing and Network brands.

Ranjit Dosanjh has joined LeasePlan as director of new business and has particular business development experience within the area of major bids. Dosanjh has worked with both private and public sector organisations and has led new business teams in areas of IT, education and finance.

Hein du Plessis re-joins LeasePlan as head of new product development. Hein left LeasePlan in December 2011 to return to South Africa to work as head of fleet solutions for Eqstra Fleet. His previous roles with LeasePlan included Head of consultancy services and account director.

Matt Dyer:  trio of new appointments

Managing director of LeasePlan, Matt Dyer, said;

“I’m delighted to welcome Chris, Ranjit and Hein to their new roles at LeasePlan. We’ve seen strong growth in the first part of 2015 and these appointments are a statement of intent with regard to continuing this positive progress.

“Reaching 140,000 funded vehicles in its fleet for the first time ever is a great achievement and to see all our brands grow is an extremely positive sign. LeasePlan is firmly on target hit its goals for the year, and I believe Chris, Ranjit and Hein all have hugely important roles to play in ensuring our business performs to its full potential this year and beyond.”
