CD AUCTION Group is to launch an extra branded sale for BT Fleet cars to meet growing demand from trade buyers for high quality cars and commercial vehicles.

The new sale, which will take place on the first Friday of every month, will be dedicated to cars while the group’s regular BT Fleet sale on the first and third Thursday of each month will now be dedicated to commercial vehicles.

Andy Brown, CD Auction Group managing director, said: “In the past 24 months we have seen our sale volumes double and our buyer base grow by 300%. These buyers are looking for high quality cars and commercial vehicles from recognised vendors and we are delighted to be able to offer BT Fleet separate, fully-branded sales on a regular basis.

“Creating a separate sale for BT Fleet cars will give them better visibility in the market and the BT Fleet branding, along with our industry-leading condition reports and digital photography, will give buyers confidence that they are bidding on the very best vehicles.”

Debra Scattergood, BT Fleet’s senior vehicle sales manager, said: “We are happy to support the new sale programme from CD Auction Group with a regular supply of our high quality cars and commercial vehicles.

“Their market-leading online auctions have a wide buyer base and always attract strong bids, making CD Auction Group the natural place to remarket our cars and vans.”

The new sale joins CD Auction Group’s regular rota of dedicated, online car and commercial vehicle auctions running throughout the year and closing on Thursdays and Fridays. These include both multi-vendor and branded sales for selected clients.
