CBVC Vehicle Management has won the Best Small Fleet Leasing Customer Service Excellence Award category in the inaugural Small Fleet Leasing Awards.

The judges were impressed by CBVC Vehicle Management’s dedication to customer service, which includes going the extra mile for customers by putting account managers in clients’ premises, the training and accreditation of the staff, and a company culture that drove customer service values.
