DERITEND Group has signed a new four-year fleet management agreement with CBVC Vehicle Management, the fourth between the two companies in the last 17 years.
CBVC’s relationship with the Wolverhampton-headquartered engineering services group goes back to 2001 when The Deritend Group was the subject of a management buyout led by current Chief Executive Officer, Richard Hale.
Hale said: “Not only have CBVC supplied us with in excess of 750 vehicles over the years, they have been ever-present as our fleet manager and have added great value to our business.”
Amongst a series of fleet management initiatives that CBVC has implemented for the Deritend fleet has been the introduction of new fuel cards for fleet drivers.
Mike Manners, Managing Director of CBVC, said: “The agreement with The Deritend Group is a great tribute to our ethos of working in partnership with our clients. We look forward to assisting them in the many fleet challenges that lie ahead.”
