BT is a major Vauxhall buyer and has just bought another 242 to prove the point. Most of the new cars are Vauxhall Insignias, our SME Company Car of the Year.

CLEARLY it’s not just our judges that think the Vauxhall Insignia is right for SME small fleets.

It seems to be the right choice of car for larger businesses too now that BT has dialled into the virtues of our SME Company Car of The Year winning Vauxhall Insignia

BT Fleet has ordered  242 cars from Vauxhall – the majority of which are the Insignia –  as a result of Vauxhall’s reputation for reliability, value and durability.

Supplied in award-winning Design trim, they will be powered by the 140PS 2.0-litre CDTI diesel engine with fuel-saving ecoFLEX technology. This returns 76.3mpg and an amazing 98g/km of CO2, resulting in a company car tax band of just 15%.

“We are dependent on our vehicles in order to offer the best possible service to our customers, so having a reliable fleet is vital. Having ordered 560 vehicles from Vauxhall between 2011 and 2012, we are familiar with the reliability and impressive build-quality,” said Duncan Webb, Commercial Director, BT.

In addition to the Insignias, BT will also be taking delivery of a mixture of Corsa, Astra and Astra Sports Tourer models, which make up the rest of the order.
