BIT of industry gossip for you. For those of you who do business with either Toyota or Lexus, then you have a new man to deal with: Ewan Shepherd.

Ewan has been appointed general manager Toyota and Lexus fleet and remarketing services. Snappy title, eh?

Anyway, Ewan has taken over from Mark Roden who has decided to give it a go as managing director of Westlands Toyota Group after about a year in the fleet role.

I only met Mark the once, but it seemed to me that he had a pretty good handle on what small businesses needed
