A combination of improved cars, competitive contract hire rates, and the warranty is winning round buyers like Peters Foods which is replacing its 50 company cars with Hyundais

HYUNDAI’S new car warranty – called the 5 Year Triple Care Unlimited Mileage Warranty – is responsible for attracting new customers to the brand, says Hyundai.

Some fleets can run up to a quarter of a million miles and still be covered by our warranty

The Hyundai 5 Year Triple Care Unlimited Mileage Warranty offers a manufacturer backed warranty with no upper mileage limit ceiling, as well as five years’ RAC Roadside Assistance with onward travel and five yearly annual car ‘health checks’ to spot any potential signs of trouble before it may occur.

“Our warranty – it’s simply the best in the business,” said Hyundai chief executive, Tony Whitehorn.

“For the company car fleet customer this is unbelievable because the mileage is unlimited. So some fleets can run up to 50,000 miles a year – a quarter of a million miles over five years – and still be covered by our warranty.

“As more SMEs and businesses realise the warranty’s exceptional value – there are no ifs and buts with it – so we’re getting more companies attracted to our products.”

One such business is Enterprise PLC. Philip Preston, the firm’s commercial director operations said about the decision to take on the brand: “Hyundai offered the best overall package in terms of costs and warranty for us and our fleet operation.”

And now SMEs are really getting the message, said Whitehorn, as Caerphilly-based Peter’s Food Service has just signed up to Hyundai on a single manufacturer supply basis.

Peter’s Foods, a specialist in the production and distribution of pastries, sausages and saveloys, is replacing its 50 company car fleet with Hyundai i30 and i40 models.

Mark Killin, transport manager at Peter’s Foods said: “Hyundai’s highly competitive products, together with attractive contract hire terms through Hyundai Contract Hire (HCH), was the best choice for the company and our employees.”

It’s about trust, there are no caveats. This is a pure guarantee.

Martin Wilson, Hyundai fleet director, added: “It’s not just the unlimited warranty that is so attractive, but it’s also the full five-year breakdown back up. It gives amazing peace of mind for fleet managers.”

The Hyundai 5 Year Triple Care warranty is available on all Hyundai cars whether purchased outright or on a business car lease through Hyundai Contract Hire.
