During the week I went along to Professor Peter Cooke’s inaugural lecture at the University of Buckingham.

Professor Cooke has been in the business car fleet industry for many, many years and continues to write thought-provoking articles and research.

I caught up with Peter afterwards and quizzed him about something he’d mentioned briefly in his lecture: the car as a financial services product. What did he mean exactly?
