Infiniti authorised repairer network

  • Seven authorised repairers to start operation, joining the first in Exeter
  • Ten more expected by financial year end
  • Centres will also sell Infiniti approved used vehicles

WITH Infiniti’s 2016 registrations already far exceeding the 2015 total, the next phase of raising the brand’s profile is about to take shape in the form of 17 new Infiniti repair and service centres.

Each will be strategically located to complement the main established Infiniti Centres.

To support customers with aftersales service and expand the company’s accessibility across the UK, the first wave of seven new Infiniti authorised repairers are planned to open during July and August.

Authorised repairers are able to carry out warranty and service work to all Infiniti vehicles, as well as sell Infiniti approved used vehicles. The expansion is needed to cater for the growing number of Infinitis on British roads – see our report Soaring Infiniti sales top 2015 total in 6 months.

Joining Exeter, which is already operational, Preston and Oxford will open up in late July which are quickly followed by Carlisle, Rochdale, Wolverhampton, Chester, and Mill Hill (London) in August. A further 10 authorised repairers are targeted to be open by the end of FY2016, giving a total of 18.

Barry Beeston, UK director for Infiniti UK, said: “I am pleased to welcome all the new authorised repairers to the Infiniti network. It is great to get a much wider coverage of the brand across the UK.

“The new authorised repair network will support our main sales centres but more importantly they provide our customers with the ability to get their vehicles serviced and maintained closer to where they are located.”

Further announcements of new Infiniti centres and authorised repairers are expected to be announced soon.
